12 Ways To Decalcify The Pineal Gland

Everyone wants to live a healthier lifestyle, right? We all have our different reasons; for some, it’s weight loss, for others, it’s general health, and for some its psychic abilities. Yep, that’s right your health can actually help you expand upon your psychic gifts. Today we are going to focus on the third-eye and how you can decalcify it with a few little lifestyle changes!

The third eye chakra is more than just another energy center in the body. It is actually a gland within our brain. When unbalanced and calcified this can cause health problems. Problems such as headaches, depression, anxiety, and even sleeplessness. Reason being, the pineal gland creates both serotonin and melatonin. The two chemicals that make us happy and chill us out!

Within the spiritual community, you will find many vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians. Many choose this lifestyle due to moral standards but for some, it is a symptom of awakening. You see, eating a whole and healthy diet is helpful in raising the vibration and the decalcification of the pineal gland.

You do not, however, have to exclude meat from your diet in order to achieve pineal decalcification or to connect with spirit. Eating meat and the way it connects to your vibration is an entirely different article and one that I will write about very soon.

Ways to decalcify the pineal gland

  1. Eat whole foods, preferably organic. Doing this can help you get your essential nutrients without overdoing it like talked about in the previous article.

  2. Limit your fluoride intake. Fluoride is great for the teeth but bad for just about everything else. If you have sensitive teeth and oil pulling doesn’t totally do the trick then please stick with your cavity preventive toothpaste at least 50% of the time!

  3. Filter your water. Fluoride is dumped into our water system for “health reasons” but I don’t totally buy it – sorry. Get yo’self a decent filtration system that helps remove fluoride.

  4. Remove heavy metals from your body. You can try a gentle cleanse specifically for this!

  5. If you still have some of those silver fillings, ask your dentist about getting them removed. They aren’t good for you in any way.

  6. Just like a pregnant woman, watch your fish intake. It’s a good ide to stay away from the ones that are known to carry high levels of mercury such as swordfish and tuna.

  7. Try to get your calcium from plant based foods vs. animal products or supplements (unless doctor recommended of course).

  8. Exercise! It’s good for the mind, body, soul, and pineal glad!

  9. Drink crystalline water…here’s a good recipe!

  10. Let the sun help you! The sun is said to help in the decalcification of the pineal gland. I used to sit with my eyes closed facing the sun for a few seconds at a time to help with this. Some people do what is called sun gazing. But again, common sense guys. Don’t fry your eyeballs out…do some research first!

  11. Meditation and visualization. Just like any other muscle sometimes you’ve got to work it out and that’s what visualization is for the third eye. Find meditations that work specifically with the third eye and are intended for visualization.

  12. If you’ve intentionally or unintentionally blocked your third eye by things that you chose not to see then work to remove those blocks!

Remember it’s important to unblock, balance, and align all the chakras! Giving a little extra attention to the third eye will certainly help you see more clearly both in the physical and spiritual realms!
